The JTS-Schocken Institute for Jewish Research
An establishment of active and diverse academic culture

.

Our imposing Bauhaus building in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Rehavia tells the history and development of the Hebrew book culture throughout the generations. In addition to our rare collections of manuscripts, our walls house a great deal of ongoing learning in  Halakhic Literature and Minhag, responsa literature and Jewish education.
